How we work

An integrative, whole-person approach

01

Safety First

We build a foundation of trust before anything else — because real change only happens when you feel secure.

02

Evidence-Based Methods

We draw from CBT, attachment theory, somatic practices, and more — matching modality to your individual needs.

03

Collaborative Goals

You define success. We help you get there — setting clear, meaningful intentions together from the first session.

04

Ongoing Reflection

We regularly check in on your progress, adapting our approach as you grow and your needs evolve.
